The implementation of Lean Manufacturing / Quick Response Manufacturing or
similar methodology to a manufacturing assembly business.
The opportunity to lead the operations team (Supply,
Production, Logistics, Product Development and Quality) in the new facility as two production units are merged
Tertiary technical qualifications supported by other relevant studies
A sound understanding of the
commercial implications of operations decisions • Experience in managing a successful operations team in the range of 60
to 120 people
Sound qualifications / experience in MRP2 systems. Knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage.
