Located in the Hills District, this privately owned Australian company has achieved NSW market leadership through strong customer relationships built on excellent management of the product supply chain and the installation process. It now seeks an internal sales coordinator to manage the sales communication flow between the company and its customers (builders, owner builders and renovators), the sales team, contract installers and other internal departments.

You have worked in a similar position in a building products supply company and can demonstrate industry knowledge, high energy levels, the ability to build rapport quickly with a building industry customer base and a natural desire to gather and pass on industry information. Duties in the role include reading house plans and preparing quotations, answering straightforward product queries, preparing, issuing and monitoring sales person and installer call schedules, and prompt resolution of customer issues and problems.

You have the skills necessary for the role including the ability to read building plans and prepare quotations; sound administration, mathematics and computer skills; a warm and engaging telephone manner, and the ability to deal effectively with a broad range of people in the building industry.

The salary (base plus superannuation) offered is competitive for the role and can be flexible depending on experience.
