This position as a classic Factory Manager’s position where you will take responsibility for all aspects of: Staff selection, recruitment, training, discipline and leadership Production scheduling and control Employee and support administration Quality and timeliness of factory output Job costing Control of factory, material, labour and sundry costs The position will appeal to you if you are a hands-on, high energy Factory Manager who: Manages and leads from the factory floor Knows the detail of what is happening on the shop floor Is fair and direct in his/her management style Enjoys leading a team to meet targets that they relate to safety, delivery, costs and quality with a high profile product. Technical qualifications will be to your advantage as will be a strong commercial focus.
