In this newly created role, you will be responsible for partnering with
management across multiple sites to develop and implement innovative national OH&S programs that drive compliance and
influence cultural change, in addition to your day to day site responsibilities. You will be supported by a team of
experienced professionals who will assist you implement the vision.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role
for a tertiary qualified OH&S practitioner. Your ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, influence and
build credible relationships at all levels in the business will be critical to your success. In addition, you must
demonstrate the energy, drive and credibility to translate business needs into practical OH&S solutions and
strategies.
