to review, develop, implement, monitor and evaluate HR policies and processes using open consultative processes which
foster stakeholder involvement and collaboration. You will also work on various HR projects aimed at moving towards
best practice HR management principles and practices.
Tertiary qualified, your career to date will have equipped
you with well rounded HR Generalist skills. Demonstrated experience and skills in policy, planning and process
improvement are essential, as is the ability to work in a consultative and collaborative framework. Furthermore, you
will be analytical and able to demonstrate effective influencing skills, along with a proactive, motivated approach that
will ensure Human Resources plays an active role in the achievement of business objectives.
