Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is generalist by nature and accountable for
providing a comprehensive human resources support service across multiple sites and business units. You will
be part of a small HR team and play a significant role in delivering a range of HR solutions to meet the challenge of a
changing environment.
This is a busy, hands-on role encompassing a combination of HR administration and
support functions. Whilst responsibilities are broad and include payroll co-ordination, recruitment, performance
management, OHS and workers compensation, a primary focus of the role will be training & development
initiatives. In addition, there are a variety of HR projects planned for completion this year.
To
compliment relevant formal qualifications, the successful applicant will be a motivated, self-starter with excellent
communication and organisation skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and dealing with people at all levels.
Attention to detail is paramount. Confidence, maturity and the ability to make sound judgments are also
sought. PC literacy is assumed.
