community icon based in the Western Suburbs, your key objective will be to administer and co-ordinate the full range of
human resource functions including recruitment, induction, award interpretation, training, OHS and providing advice on
various other employment related issues.
As such, your ability to effectively communicate, problem solve,
influence and build credible relationships at all levels in the business will be critical to your success. In addition,
you must demonstrate the energy, drive and credibility to translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
Preference will be given to candidates possessing degree qualifications in this area, or those who are currently working
towards completion of such, although this is not essential. Recent graduates will also be considered.
