This is a hands-on role for a tertiary qualified HR practitioner with
well-rounded generalist skills and strengths in recruitment, performance management, succession planning, training, and HR
administration. Furthermore, a sound understanding of OHS and workers compensation legislation is
essential.
You will demonstrate an effective influencing ability, along with a proactive, motivated approach
that will ensure HR plays an active role in the achievement of business objectives. Above all, you will need to
demonstrate a sense of humour, high energy levels, passion and a “can do” attitude.
