A diversity of
business imperatives and HR issues combine to create this exciting opportunity. Reporting to the General Manager and
partnering with senior management, this role offers challenges of multifaceted nature. It will allow you the
opportunity to capitalise on your extensive background in generalist human resources to develop and implement innovative
HR programs and solutions that have practical, positive, business related outcomes. You will manage and be supported
by a small team who will assist implement your vision.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role for a
qualified professional able to demonstrate a proven record of success in leading and influencing HR teams through
change. You will demonstrate an effective influencing ability, along with a proactive, motivated approach that
will ensure HR plays an active role in the achievement of business objectives. Above all, you will need to
demonstrate a sense of humour, high energy levels and a “can do” attitude.
This position is initially
contract whilst we consider and plan the role on a permanent basis. As such, we will consider applications from
candidates that seek contract work only, or those candidates looking for more long term opportunities. |
