High Profile Australian Manufacturer Senior Management Role within Operations. $$ will attract top performers Part of a highly successful group of Australian companies, this business is recognised for its strong market presence and customer service performance. High Operational Standards in distribution activities have been crucial in enabling the company to reach its excellent levels of customer service despite these being made complex by means of: Exports to over 60 countries and sources; Distribution from its substantial Sydney manufacturing plant Managing product movement of third party manufacturers and importers. Imported finished product Imported product components Imported and locally sourced raw materials. This company’s broad and uncompromising Australian and Overseas customer base make this a high profile and pivotal role in the Operations management team. In this pivotal role serving the Sales team and substantial Customer base; you, the National Planning Manager and the National Purchasing Manager will be critical to ensuring the continuing high standards of performance. We will be seeking applications from people who have demonstrated high standards of performance and success in a similarly complex and demanding warehouse, distribution and logistics position. As you will be taking over the Management of an established and high performance team, we will require that you can demonstrate tangible success in the development and leadership of a high performance team of at least 20 personnel. Your success will have been measured by excellence in: OH&S & Environment DIFOT Supply Chain integration with all dependant and contributing functions in the business All distribution measures such as – DIFOT, shrinkage, actual to budget and more.
