Reporting to the National OHS Leader and working autonomously,
your key objective will be to partner effectively with line managers to provide OHS solutions that have practical,
positive, business related outcomes. Capitalising on your generalist OHS experience, you will facilitate line
management ownership of OHS issues and assist in the development and implementation of innovative OHS programs. You will
achieve this through influencing, coaching and hands-on support of teams across multiple sites
nationally.
Tertiary qualified, or studying towards completion of, your ability to effectively communicate,
problem solve, influence and build credible relationships at all levels in the business will be critical to your success.
In addition, you must demonstrate the energy, drive and credibility to ensure OHS plays an active role in the achievement
of business objectives.
As an integral member of a small team, you will have access to exceptional mentors who
