This is both a strategic and hands-on role for a tertiary qualified HR practitioner with well-rounded
generalist skills and strengths in capability development, performance management, industrial relations, recruitment,
occupational health and safety and workers compensation.
You must be able to
demonstrate an effective influencing ability, along with a proactive, motivated approach that will ensure Human Resources
plays an active role in the achievement of business objectives.
