Working autonomously, your key objective
will be to partner effectively with business unit managers to provide OHS solutions that have practical, positive,
business related outcomes.
You will be responsible for maintaining current OHS practices along with developing
and implementing new safety initiatives. You will manage specific safety plans, monitor compliance, co-ordinate training,
conduct audits and investigations and report on site OHS performance and trends. In addition, you will be
responsible for supporting security related processes.
This is a hands on role requiring someone with
exceptional organisational capabilities and expertise in the Microsoft office suite of products. Your career to date
will have ideally given you exposure to OH&S legislative requirements, although this is not essential. The role may
also suit someone currently completing their OHS qualifications and looking to gain experience in the area.
Your ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, influence and build credible relationships at all
levels in the business will be critical to your success
