Working
autonomously, your key objective will be to partner effectively with business unit managers to provide a range of HR
solutions that have practical, positive, business related outcomes. Culture and capability development, coaching and
performance management, service delivery and strong relationship management most accurately reflect the true nature of
this role.
Tertiary qualified, your career to date will have equipped you with well rounded HR Generalist
skills. You will demonstrate an effective influencing ability, along with a proactive, motivated approach that will
ensure Human Resources plays an active role in the achievement of business objectives.
