As such, this is an exciting opportunity to influence the direction of the business and in so doing, contribute to the development and implementation of best practice OH&S process and results.
Reporting to the National OHS Manager, your key objective will be to partner effectively with management to develop and implement comprehensive OHS and Injury Management systems and services that drive and influence cultural change across the business. This will include assisting in the development and implementation of an OHS management system, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures, training, hazard identification and control, emergency preparedness, and collection and analysis of statistical data.
Tertiary qualified, you must be able to demonstrate a proven record of success within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Your ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, influence and build credible relationships at all levels in the business will be critical to your success. Above all else, you must be a results oriented professional who combines a hands-on approach with a strong commercial and customer focus.
