• Influence
& Drive Change • Strategic and operational mix offering diversity and scope • Six figure package
With its national office located in Brisbane, this well known blue chip organisation is one that most
aspire to work for. They have an enviable reputation throughout the Australasian region for operational excellence,
innovative technology, and service capability. Operating within a complex and sophisticated industrial environment, they
boast market leading supply chain solutions.
Working autonomously, you will be responsible for partnering with
management across multiple sites and diverse business units to develop and implement innovative national OHS&E
programs that drive compliance and influence cultural change. This will include managing specific safety plans,
designing and facilitating training, conducting audits and investigations, managing the return to work process, and
reporting to senior management on OHS&E performance and trends.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role
for a tertiary qualified OHS&E practitioner. Critical to your success will be exceptional communication,
consultation and negotiation skills, along with a focus on achieving commercially viable, practical results. In
addition, you must be highly motivated, results oriented, with a strong personality and the ability to lead and influence
a management team.
Being committed to improving OH&S performance, this is a genuine opportunity to
influence the direction of the business and in so doing, contribute to the development and implementation of best practice
OHS&E management.
