Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for partnering with senior management to develop and implement innovative EHS programs that drive and influence cultural change across the business. You will manage and be supported by a small team of experienced professionals who will assist implement your vision.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role for a tertiary qualified EHS practitioner able to demonstrate a proven record of success within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Your ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, influence and build credible relationships at all levels in the business will be critical to your success. In addition, you must demonstrate the energy, drive and credibility to translate business needs into practical EHS solutions and strategies.
