Reporting to the Managing Director, and as an integral member of the senior management team, your key objective will be to partner effectively with various stakeholders to deliver comprehensive Occupational Health & Safety and Injury Management services to the business. Capitalising on your generalist OH&S experience, you will facilitate line management ownership of OH&S issues and assist in the development and implementation of innovative OH&S and injury management programs. You will achieve this through influencing, coaching and hands-on support of teams across multi sites within this multi faceted business.
We seek applications from innovative, energetic individuals with the ability to deliver commercially practical solutions. Tertiary qualifications should be supported by expertise or experience in either Occupational Health & Safety, Injury Management, or the Allied Health disciplines.
