Operating within a complex and sophisticated environment of an industrial nature, this organisation has enjoyed phenomenal growth and has a long history of industry leadership driven by technological innovation and an unwavering commitment to customer service.  Following a period of change and new direction, their challenge now is to take their performance to the next level with this key role contributing to a strategy of best practice OH&S process and results.

Reporting to the OHS Manager and working autonomously, your key objective will be to partner effectively with management to develop and implement innovative and comprehensive OHS systems and services that have practical, positive business related outcomes and that drive and influence cultural change across the business. 

Capitalising on your generalist OHS experience, you must be able to demonstrate a proven record of success in coaching and facilitating line management ownership of OHS issues. Ideally such experience will have been gained in a manufacturing, logistics or industrial environment.   Tertiary qualifications are preferred, as is a sense of humour !

This is clearly an opportunity where you can develop and implement your own ideas with an organisation that genuinely supports safety and is committed to staff development.  There is scope for the role to grow with the incumbent and as such, loads of career potential.
