Partnering with business unit managers, this role will allow you the opportunity to capitalise on your significant HR background to develop and implement practical HR solutions that are aligned with the business. It is a hands-on role for a tertiary qualified HR practitioner with well-rounded generalist skills and strengths in recruitment, performance management, organisation development, remuneration and employee relations.
This is a contract role initially through to February as we recruit the role on a permanent basis. As such, candidates are also welcome to apply for this role should they seek permanent employment in the long term.
