Reporting to the OHS Manager and as an integral member of a highly capable team, this newly created position provides an enviable platform on which to develop your career. Your key objective will be to partner effectively with various stakeholders to deliver the full range of OHS services and provide OHS solutions that have practical, positive, business related outcomes.
This is a hands-on role for an appropriately qualified OHS professional with experience in implementing, maintaining and driving OHS programs such as training, hazard identification, risk assessments, inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OHS legislation, address workplace hazards, prevent injuries and continually improve OHS performance.
You must demonstrate an effective influencing ability, along with a proactive, motivated approach that will ensure OHS plays an active role in the achievement of business objectives. We expect you to be pragmatic and communicative. Above all else, you must be a results oriented professional who combines a hands-on approach with a strong commercial and customer focus.
