Reporting to the HR Manager, this important position reflects the organisation’s determination to maintain a competitive edge through its people and HR practices. The role is generalist by nature and will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Human Resources service to business unit managers. This will include contributing to the company’s occupational health & safety programs, workers compensation, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and a variety of HR projects.
This is an ideal career stepping stone for a tertiary qualified HR practitioner. Your career to date will have equipped you with a solid background in HR and a sound understanding of OHS and workers compensation legislation.
