Australian Building Products Icon Growing Business Unit/Diverse Markets $125,000 On Target Earnings This division of a major Australian company manufactures and markets its products through industrial, retail and distributor channels. It now seeks a commercially experienced Sales Manager to provide leadership, motivation and direction to a team of account managers maintaining and developing industrial business in the HVAC, construction, metal fabrication, engineering and OEM markets.   You can demonstrate the ability to win, maintain and grow sales profitably in diverse industrial market segments. You provide leadership, mentoring and discipline in major account management and new business development.  You combine hands on field leadership ability with strong analytical skills which enable you to segment a market, develop a business plan and effectively implement that plan, both pesonally and through a team.   Ideally you are degree qualified and have the capacity to move into a large state profit centre management role in the future.   The package is flexible and includes base salary, a fully maintained vehicle, generous superannuation and incentives to 20% of base salary. Excellent performance in this division, which is pursuing aggressive growth through a programme of acquisitions and increased market penetration, can generate further career opportunities in this national, multi divisional corporation.
