Working autonomously, your key objective will be to partner effectively with various internal and external stakeholders, across multiple sites, to provide OHS solutions that have practical, positive, business related outcomes. Capitalising on your generalist OHS experience, you will facilitate ownership of OHS issues and assist in the development and implementation of innovative OHS programs that drive and influence cultural change. You will achieve this through influencing, mentoring and hands-on support. Coaching and capability development reflect the true nature of this role !
