In this newly created role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an audit, compliance and investigations strategy that will contribute to the achievement of best practice process and results and drive change across multiple sites within this multi faceted business. You will manage and be supported by your team of experienced professionals who will assist implement your vision.
With a proven record in leading and influencing teams through change, it is likely that you will have worked in an industrial environment and enjoy contributing at both a strategic and hands-on level. Your ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, influence and build credible relationships at all levels in the business will be critical to your success.
