Reporting to the EHS Manager, and as an integral member of a highly capable national risk management team, your key objective will be to partner effectively with various stakeholders to deliver comprehensive RTW and injury management processes and support services to the business that are commercially practical. In addition, you will be champion health promotion strategies, co-ordinate training and health monitoring services, and manage contractual agreements with external medical providers and associated treatment services.
This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in injury management, workers compensation and developing RTW plans. To be able to influence change, you will need sound judgement and communication skills, excellent people skills and the ability to build effective business relationships. In addition, you will ideally have completed the RTW Co-ordinator and Occupational First Aid Certificates.
