To support a strategy of best practice OHS process, culture and results, your key objective will be to partner effectively with manufacturing and sales management to facilitate and implement effective OHS leadership and engagement.  You will also assist in the ongoing development and implementation of comprehensive OHS management systems and processes that influence cultural change across the business.  As a member of the Supply & Manufacturing senior management team you will achieve this through influencing, mentoring and hands-on support of teams across multiple sites within this multi faceted business.  A consultative style including coaching and capability development reflect the true nature of this role!
